Stay a stone’s throw from Shakespeare’s Birthplace

This is a second floor loft apartment in the heart of Stratford-Upon-Avon. We are located on a pedestrianised street and Shakespeare’s birthplace is less than 100 yards away. Everything this beautiful town has to offer is right on the doorstep. It’s only a 7 minute flat walk from the train station and there is a taxi rank within a minute’s walk too. The apartment itself is double glazed and very quiet. We’ve just refurbished it throughout (May 2021) and are so excited to start welcoming guests!

Near the pretty village of Honington on the edge of the Cotswolds, about 2 miles from Shipston on Stour which is a gateway to the beauty of the Cotswolds and 9 miles from Stratford Upon Avon, Warwick and Leamington Spa. Situated within the grounds of a late 16th century former dairy farm. With a 10 minute drive to Stratford-upon-Avon town centre, 15 minutes to Warwick town centre and approximately 25 minutes to Royal Leamington Spa. We are located behind security gates with parking for 2 vehicles. It is a small but beautiful space with traditional open beams and exposed brickwork. Private living, own stairs to bedroom & ensuite

We have a spacious Annex which forms part of our main house. A living area provides table with chairs and comfortable seating area. TV and internet. Tea, coffee making with microwave and small fridge. Bowls, tea and dinner plates with cutlery. Own private staircase leads to bedroom with King size bed and spacious ensuite bathroom. Please note there is no kitchen but we will wash and replenish any crockery etc. The Annex is part of our main house and separated by a locked door.

3 Oakham Farm is set on a 120 acre family run farm, in the heart of Warwickshire. Oakham Farm is home to 130 sheep, pigs, a semi friendly farm cat and some beautiful fishing ponds. FREE fishing is included in your stay, you just need to bring your own equipment. A short drive away from Stratford Upon Avon & a 30 minute country walk to the community pub in Loxley Village (or an 8 minute drive). Oakham Farm has good motorway access and is a 30 minute drive to the Cotswolds.

Quaint country cottage 15 mins fr Stratford.

Farthings Cottage is a little hideaway in our garden close to our house but with a feeling of privacy. We live in the southern part of Warwickshire and whilst easy access to Stratford on Avon, Warwick and the Cotswolds, we are nestled away in our 26 acres of horse fields and forest. As well as two children there is also one rather shy cat and three friendly horses. We would say that a car is an absolute necessity as we are a drive away from all amenities.
