A cozy little getaway for the adventurous individual or couple at a location that is beautiful year round. The property is surrounded by 365 acres of state and MNA sanctuary lands with 700 feet of private frontage. The cabin is centrally located between Cadillac, Interlochen, Frankfort & Traverse City. Located 10 minutes from downtown Traverse City and less than 5 minutes to the VASA single track trailhead. Snowmobile trail head 1.4 miles from the cottage to the trail head on Rasho Road. Snowshoeing or XC skiing right out the door or within 3 miles to trails. The cottage includes a dock, fire pit and use of kayaks. Relax with the whole family. Winter in Traverse City is so fun!

Spacious open loft surrounded by trees. At the end of a dead-end road only 1 mile from Traverse City's West Bay, and in a quiet wooded area. Close to downtown Traverse City (1 mile), TART trail (.5 mile), Sleeping Bear Dunes (20 miles). Private access and designated parking area. Sleep with the windows open (not in the winter, please) and listen to the owls, wind rustling through trees, and enjoy nature without light pollution. Great spot for bird watching.
