Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space with private entrance and parking. Ideal base for a short break to explore Taunton and the surrounding area. Close to the train station, town centre and Somerset County Cricket Ground. Fridge freezer, washer dryer and microwave/oven provided, hairdryer, smart TV WiFi and comfortable furnishings. There are 2 shops (Tesco & One Stop) and a pub/restaurant within a five minute walk and we are about a 5 minute drive from the M5. Dogs may be considered 🐶

Greenlands Barn is in a lovely quiet spot off the River Tone. From the doorstep you can walk along the river, go further onto the Somerset levels or do a circuit to the local pub in the next village. The barn is light and airy with a large kitchen diner & living room, king size bedroom, spacious bathroom, walled courtyard and private riverbank. Purpose built annexe. One double bedroom with fitted wardrobes allowing plenty of space, wet-room shower room with WC and basin. Open plan sitting room and kitchen. Taunton sits on the River Tone and hosts the Brewhouse Theatre next to the County Cricket Ground. Taunton is ideally situated to explore the Quantock and Blackdown Hills, with good road and rail links. Main line railway station only 15 minutes walk. Check in is nominally 5pm although I am very flexible on this. Just ask!

There is a well fitted kitchen, utility and large Conservatory. Our dog friendly cottage sits 100 metres from the lane, where parking is available. In a rural location at the foot of the Blackdown Hills, only 2 miles from the county town of Taunton. This beautifully presented converted self contained stable sleeps 2 adults, plus the option of 1 child on a double sofa bed in the snug, which is open plan just off the kitchen.
