如何變更預訂

Need to change a reservation? It happens, and we’re here to help. Here’s how to withdraw requests, change dates, and add or remove guests to help your reservation go as smoothly as possible.

Make changes to your trip before you arrive

Want to make any changes before you arrive? Luckily, you’ll be able to take care of most of that in Trips—just find your reservation, make your adjustments (like dates or number of guests), and submit a trip change request to your Host. While you wait to get a response, you can also check the status of your request in Trips, or message the Host directly. 

Just a note, for some hotel stays you may need to contact the hotel directly to modify your reservation.

Change your Experience reservation

Make changes during your trip or after checkout

Already on your trip and looking to change your reservation dates? Submit a trip change request in Trips—if your Host accepts, your reservation will be updated and you’ll be charged or refunded as necessary. However, if you want to stay longer but your reservation has already ended, you’ll need to submit a new reservation request to your Host.
